Just got a new pc, looking for tips and suggestions.

I just got a new PC built and was wondering if theres any tools or maintenance related programs I should be using. I really havnt upgraded my PC in quite some time so I am out of the loop. Looking for CPU tools, SSD and Hard Drive related things that I might want to use, anything to monitor cpu and drive temps? Back when windows used to have gadgets I used to use a widget to monitor a lot of this stuff.

Here is my specs if anyone is interested

Operating System - Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU - Intel Core i7-770
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14
RAM - DDR4 3200MHz G.SKILL Trident Z-16GB
Motherboard - ASRock Z270 Taichi
Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (MSI)
Storage - 1TB Samsung SSD 850 PRO 1TB (SSD)
Optical Drives - ASUS BC-12B1ST

How well do you know the builder? I fire up CPUID Hardware Monitor every once it a while (with the system at idle and under load) and make sure all the temps are staying in check.

OCCT is a good application to put your CPU under load. Nothing beats a recent game with high specs for the video card.
