but really thou.....why are my 400 dollars in dvds on your floor!? :|

Yikes. Can't say it'd be my first pick if I had that much money to spend, but its still a very nice guitar.

Are those Groover tunners?

what would have been your fist pick?
my next guitar purchase will def be a nice acoustic nylon string

yep grover tuners!

i'll put some sounds up as soon as i can, but my microphone input jack is messed up(drivers) and ive got a soundblaster live i just haven't gotten around to installing it....

and yes heartless - those are some of your dvd's! don't worry it's the safest room in the house

Nylon Strings... nooooooooooooooo. 😉

Uhmm... I'd buy a Gibson SG... (I already own an Epiphone SG with Grover tuners).... I'm hooked on SG's, there isn't anything quite like em...
I'd find a nice Vintage SG though, not a ressiue. Mine is a 62 remake, no finish, wood stain w/ undercoat... I'll post a picture when I have time.

Maybe a nice Takamine acoustic or a Martin D-18.

yeah, i was actually considering a takamine, but it won't be for quite some time, as i now have no cash, well i do, but hah, can't splurge like this everyday now can i?!?!

Nope. I hear ya.. trying to hold from putting some nice Seymour Duncan's in my SG... the pickups aren't the korean ones most Epiphones have, they're American made.. but still not where I'd like em to be.

Congrats on the guitar tho, have fun!

Hrm, i've noticed my tone controls don't do all that much.. 😕 i've played guitars that get a HUGE range of tone, but i hear almost nothing at all if anything! I keep telling myself i'm doing something wrong......but i'm just turnin' the knobs and it doens't change.... other than that everything is going great, best action i've EVAR had on a guitar, oh just so smooth all the way up and down the neck 😀

Looks very nice! Can't you buy a new pickguard?

you know, i actually could, but with the ivory binding it looks better with the ivory/cream pickguard, i originally expected the binding to be flat white, but i didn't specify that, so this is what it turned out to be.

the flame looks better in the lighting in my room than in the family room, so SHWEEEET
