Just got a ipad 2 at microcenter for 360 plus the two year warrenty for 100. Is this a good deal? Anything i should be aware of about the ipad 2?
 
You saved 10% over the cost of getting it direct from Apple, which is about as good as you can hope for. The warranty is also cheaper (I think) but I wonder what it covers.

Nothing you really need to be aware of. It and the 3 are about equal* (really, at the end of the day) in terms of everything except that the 3 has more RAM, which helps with browsing and whatnot.

*I mean, obviously the screens aren't, but otherwise...
 
Good deal is relative. If you feel that the $100 gives you some security in knowing that if you drop the thing, you don't have to pay another $360+tax then to you that would be a good deal. Personally, the $100 would definitely give me a little security. Some people don't need that and would rather spend it elsewhere. I don't think you can get a better warranty for that money, so value wise I think you did well.
