Unless you want to rebuild completely. Remove all that crap software they insist on installing. Years ago I rebuilt computers right out of the box with no questions. Now it's not so bad. I removed all the extra crap on my last one, installed virus scan and never had to rebuild it.

what do you mean rebuild? like reformat?

right now i'm scared to reformat it. because i dont know how many drivers i really need plus i dont have a windows XP home cd. my dell doesn't come with one. 0_o

yea i noticed all the unless junk but i dont wanna risk having something not work right now. maybe in a week or so,

I wouldn't even bother with a reformat. What I would like to see personally, a video stress test score from (if you own it) counter strike source @ 1920x1200 with 4AA and 8AF. I have been itching to see what the 9300 pulls off for this. XPS2 was hitting 57.7 with dell drivers at those settings.

My friend has the 9300 but no HL2 so I have been able to see it yet. He does indeed run WOW at 1920x1200 though and it's pretty buttery smooth. Congrats on your purchase.
