Just got a free Pee 3 800MHz PPGA, what MB to get?

1st.) Whats the best overall board to get

2nd.) What is a mid grade one (good brand preferably) but not all the newest features are really need ATA100 would be nice though.

Planning on keeping it under $150 US dollars

It's been awhile since I've used the P3's, but I think the Asus TUSL2-C is a good motherboard, and it comes with support for the new .13um P3's so you can upgrade in the future if you want... It comes with hardware based 5.1 channel sound and ATA100 for right around $100..
