Yeah I've been putting in resumes all this week and I got a call from comcast they want to see me sometime next week. I'm pretty strong on all the min and recomended requirements. However I'm pretty weak on the .NET programming stuff. I was looking at the salary ranges for DBA in my zip code on salary.com and the bell was like 60 to 70 or so. I don't know how comcast pays or anything?

Does anybody have any ideas????????? Or have worked there????

.NET was one of the many languages listed there along with ASP (classic), JAVA, XML etc..... I'm not sure how much they will play up on .NET. It's a DBA as well as a Developer Position.

Trust me... you don't have to be competent at much of anything to work for Comcast :)

(There, I got the obligatory "Comcast Sucks" post out of the way)

A few friends of mine work for Comcast (philly region). I don't know the exact figures, but they make pretty good money. As far as .NET goes - it's a breeze, if you can do Java or C++ you can do .NET. Way easier, and (IMO) more fun.
