Just got a 6 month AOL membership, cant use it... what now?

Short story short.

1. Bought a Dell Inspiron.
2. Got a AOL 6 month dialup access free with it ...
3. I cant use it, i am in India.

Can/shud i sell it? Is it of any value at all? Is it legal to sell it?

It actually has 2 registration nos and password inside...

One.. for "me" ... 6 months
One for a friend... 3 months

As for the ram... the person can send it to a US address.. that aint a problem..
