Got it for a good price, my first HDTV, and it says it's HD Built In.

How do I get this to work? I am watching ESPN (it says it's HD) but it looks the same for me. I have Charter cable right now.

Order Charter's HD service or get HD OTA with an antenna if your TV has a QAM tuner.
