Funniest credit card offer I've opened in a while: "You've been pre-selected to receive this offer! The decision to extend this offer to you has not been made lightly. . ."

Terms: 19.9% APR, 29.9% penalty APR if you're 1 day late (don't remember how long they keep your rate up like that), $10/month "maintenance fee" ($120 per year!), $59 "acceptance fee" + $20 more if you apply online for "express processing."

Yeah, right! (I'll keep my no-fee Visa from the credit union, thank you!)
