I'd cancel. I don't know if you can infect others through donated blood, but I wouldn't take the risk.

Just a little congested now, flu has stuck around because I have just had 0 time to rest.

They specifically tell you that if you've been sick within the past week, had a fever, etc not to donate. Not only is the blood contaminated, but it increases the chances of it flaring up and getting you even sicker.
