Please help me save the life of this poor, innocent bass. She has been abducted from her happy home and is being held captive by a ruthless and crazed madman notorious for his distasteful treatment of the fairer bass. His life reads like a Manson Family bed tyme story. A foul creature who's past must have been filled pain and self loathing, he has left many the fine musical instruments mutilated and scarred beyond recognition, even to those loved ones nearest and dearest to them. She is a 1992 G&L SB-1 and he has swore he will turn her into a Frankenbass if his demands are not met. We recognized her by the small nick, just below the controls, in the hidious frames he sent. He had placed a ransom of $425 for her release. He promises that is she is left in his hands, she would recieve a fate worse than death: she will be (gasp) modified from her stock perfection and will have add ons aplenty. Only you can save her from this horrible end and give her a happy home coming. He has sealed her in her OHSC with a sliver left opened so she can breath. Won't you help her in her hour of need?!?! I have included pics which were sent by the heartless villain showing various methods of torture he plans on using on her. Such a beast! Also, I have posted one of her in happier tymes. We hope she will remain the stock, untouched by any one who would defile such a perfect example of the bass maker's craft.
