I used to subscribe to the debian development mailing list when I was applying for maintainership. I also used to subscribe to comp.os.advocacy.ms-windows in college just to mess with the people there.

What do you subscribe to?

Then I usually check out whats happening in alt.binaries.images.bluebird.repost

I get email from Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. I also get email from The designers Republic (ilovemydesignersrepublic) and Hell dot com..
