Shim you inspired me to go for broke I posted at 12.5x200 = 2500 @ 1.7v, started booting into windows but my graphics got all garbled and then it crashed I guess the agp bus was too high for my gf3. Stupid stupid kt333....

zsouthboy: i only needed 2.0 volts or 1.94 actual to get into windows... computer keeps rebooting when i try 2.1 volts..



if my first barton goes sour.... then i'll try a few more... and i'll bench my new barton against my 2.5 ghz 1700+... it'll be interesting to see if the extra cache can over come the higher clockspeed of the 1700+

Well in the near future u might want to think about a radeon 9700 non pro.

yeah... i'm coming up with a list of things i want for the future

radeon 9700 pro or geforcefx 5900
2 x 256 megs of ram for dual channel preferably pc3500 or higher
19 inch monitor
legal copy of windows xp pro
and many more barton processors to come!
