McDonalds has great fries.......

Burger King owns McDonalds at fries.

Heck no, if you compare fresh batches then McDonald's wins, no contest. Usually though, I rarely get fresh batches from McDonald's. Burger King fries have this weird smell. They taste fine, however.

force feeding yourself anything is not healthy or wise.

Totally agree. When he ate he didn't eat until he was full, he forced himself to eat everything he ordered.

BLASPHEMY! you speak like the devil. out! out with you!

i personally love mcdonalds but i don't eat much of them anymore, because honestly, its somewhat of a treck.. and i gotta pay for it. i got a meal plan (swipes) and i'd much rather use those since i paid for those.
and btw, all 3 burger joints are equal in terms of health. they try and say they aren't, but you don't see wendy's or burger king putting health information on their food, do ya? they don't want to because it will show everyone mcdonald's is basically equal. and McD's still has better fries, and a double cheeseburger.. just can't beat.

i will give Wendy's a point for their 99c nuggets (no longer that price back in toledo though 🙁 ) are amazing. but it's nice to have McD's nuggets every now and then too. a good meal is a double cheeseburger and a 10pc nugget, with either a chocolate shake or a coke to wash it down. 🙂

and asked if he wanted super size he would get it. he would eat until he got sick. thats just not healthy. of course he had health problems.

He ate nothing but mcdonalds for a month. He was probably experiencing nutritional deficiency after that long because he wasn't eating any vegetables or fruit outside of pickles and lettuce.

WHAT?! You forgot tomatoes! 😉

We already have like 100 threads on this, and just about every one Amused comes in to defend the fast food industry. 🙂

Yeah, Mcdonalds and similar fast food is not the best quality of food, and if you force feed yourself with this stuff (especially the fries and soda), you will gain weight fast. It'll spike your insulin up all day, preventing fat loss, promoting fat gain and hunger.

My friend and I watched it at work

We both had double quarter pounders and a large fry at Mcdonalds the next night.

The dude in the movie, Morgan Spurloch, also created a television series called 30 days based upon the concept of doing something for a month to expose yourself to unfamiliar concepts. For example, living on minimum wage, being a prisoner, living with a family of a different religion, etc. Some of the episodes are pretty good, and if you liked the movie you'll like the show.
