What is it that you want to be if you don't mind me asking?

I dont know yet. I'm trying to keep my options open.
But i gotta say, neurology sparks my interests 😉

Quick turn around now while you still have the chance! 🙂

J/K, it's a LOOOONG hard journey but you'll be glad you did it when it's done.

I got 13-15, 10, Q, 11. That 13-15 range always pissed me off, what the heck are you supposed to count that as.

huh? they don't give out ranges for the scores.

congrats to the OP! my MCAT last August was the longest test experience I had ever had (8-6:30pm because of retarded proctors), but it turned out very well. good luck!

I was going to take it today. Things didn't work out🙁 August here I come!!

did you go take the test anyways? it's a good idea to just take it anyways, then void it at the last possible moment. that way you get the experience but not the score.

older tests had the range of 13-15 instead of giving out individual 13, 14, or 15. Good luck! Neuro eh??? I'm taking neuro right now and I must say it's very tough, but interesting, sometimes 😛.

Best times of my life was right after I finished MCAT. And of course the joy when you see your score popup in your browser in two months!! GL w/ the wait.

Ive seen members here post that they got high 30s..

People are also habitual liars, especially on the internet. 30 is good. The average is what, 28 or so?

Congrats on surviving the first of many whippings along the pathway to medicine 🙂
Now commiserate with your comrades here.

There was someone from UCSF who explained the med school experience best in his graduation speech. When asked if he would want to do med school all over again, he resoundingly said, "ABSOLUTELY NOT."
<pause for laughter>
While he wouldnt want to do it all over again, he said that he doesnt regret having gone to med school because it matured him, blah, blah, blah, and this/that.

Cliff's: You gotta do med school at least once, but no more than once.
