John Doggett kicked ass!!. I wish they started him earlier in the series instead of the last two years. Even Agent Reyes grew on me as well.

They need to make another movie...

Yeah, the series finale left me wanting more answers

Let it die ....

Seriously. Knowing the creators of the show they would only raise more questions than they answer. They seemed to have either no willingness or no ability to put adequate closure on anything.

Mulder + Scully = X - Files

Doggett, Reyes, et al = bastard children

Yup.

I honestly got disappointed with the show once Duchovny left.

Mulder & Scully were the X-Files!.
Without them, i just couldn't enjoy the show.

Yeah things really started to fall apart after Duchovny left. Actually it was starting to get stale even before he left but the last few seasons really sucked.

I couldnt take it once there was no more mulder

I hate the fact that all the repeats are the the last couple seasons...I never see repeats of tooms, or the bugs episode or any of the ones from the first 3-4 seasons when it ruled

Correct. X-Files without mulder and scully is blasphemy.

That;s true. Another movie will just bring more uncertainty and unanswered questions

Doggett makes a good cop. They should have done it like CSI (CSI, CSI:NY, CSI:Miami) and had it like X-files: Cops edition or something. Some of those episodes were good in their own right, but like the others said, its just not the X-files without Mulder and Scully. Even Scully/Doggett was weird because Scully was trying to be Mulder and explain the paranormal to Doggett.

You know, I just saw him on some morning show and he was talking about the Xfiles 2 movie. He said it just needs to happen, everyone is lined up and willing to do it, its more of making schedules work and so on.

A second x-files movie is in the works and sounds pretty serious. I think Chris Carter mentioned that it would be more like a monster of the week episode than a movie that furthers the plot line.

I loved that show but really... watching it was like arguing with dmcowen674.

Just when you think you're going to get a simple yes or no answer it veeres off into another tangent... After a while it just got old.

Mulder was a whiny bitch. I got sick of him throwing temper tantrums all the time.

Sounds a lot like LOST, but it is sacreligious to say that.

I really liked the x-files when it was monster of the week. The whole alien invasion thing was ok, but played out way to long.
