Just finished putting together my new C2D 4300 rig and have a Tuniq Tower 120 question

It's been a few years since I put together a new PC so it was a bit of adventure last night getting everything together. The main specs on it are C2D 4300, Asus P5N-E SLI, OCZ DDR2 800 RAM, Tuniq Tower 120. The Tuniq Tower 120 heatsink is huge, but it's keeping my system nice and cool. Anyway, I've got some questions I'm hoping to get some help on.

The Asus P5N-E motherboard has a 4-PIN space for the CPU Fan. The Tuniq Tower 120 AC cable is a 3 PIN adapter and there is 2 pin for CPU Fan Control. So I use 3 of the PINs for the AC and only have 1 PIN left over for CPU Fan Control, but the Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Fan control is a 2 PIN plug. Is there a way to hook it up?

I also see that it comes with a PCI card-type plate that has a manual FAN control on it, but I don't know where that should be hooked up to. Any ideas? Thanks.

The two wire connector goes to the included fan control NOT the mobo or any other fan controller. If you want to use the included manual control, be sure to diable the mobo's own CPU fan contol in the BIOS (your mobo can control both 3-pin and 4-pin PWM fans since it has a 4-pin connector for PWM fans - the 3-pin control will be a simple one or two step control while the PWM may be a bit more sophisticated). IAC, you don't want dueling fan controllers!

I am building the same, and would like you guys opinion on which is better: let the motherboard control it, or use the controller. Also, what about my case fans, do I piggyback them onto the onboard controller?
