Just finished Insanity

I've done insanity at my work's gym 1-2 times a week for a long time but I've never gone through the entire program as designed, 6 workout days 1 rest day. Well I managed to convince my wife to join me and we went through the program and finally finished. It is fairly brutal the whole time as long as you continue to push yourself. Here are results from my first fit test and final fit test:

Switch kicks
97 -> 139
Power Jacks
23 -> 65
Power Knees
98 -> 118
Power Jumps
18 - > 71
Globe Jumps
6 -> 15
Suicide Jumps
9 -> 26
Pushup Jacks
18 -> 47
Plank Obliques
36 -> 107

I was really surprised at the results from my second to last fit test compared to my last. I thought there was little to no room for improvement but I managed to improve on each exercise, sometimes massively...ex: power jumps 50 -> 71. I'm definitely a lot more "cut", but this also coincided with not eating dessert essentially every night and watching what I eat overall. I used to almost always just powerlift at work so I was definitely bigger pre pandemic. This is much different of course.

Now that the program is over we are going to alternate lifts and insanity and other stuff. Hopefully I can get some bulk back. I am down about 20 lbs.
