Just finished Day of the Tentacle

I was feeling a bit nostalgic this weekend so I busted out an old copy of DOTT. They just don't make games like that anymore. I wish they would revive the MM series but I highly doubt it.

Awesome! I have a whole bunch of those classic LucasArts Point-n-click adventure games on my computer. I play them all the time. Day of the tentacle was fun. Loom, Indiana Jones, and the Monkey island series ruled as well.

Yeah think I'm going to play Monkey Island next.

Gotta love ScummVM.

A month or so ago I pulled out Grim Fandango (though not played through ScummVM, obviously).

Maybe I should pull out DOTT again... or maybe find Full Throttle.

anyone ever played the Spell Casting series?

No I didn't. Fun?

I really enjoyed Spell Casting 301: Spring Break.. wish they followed through with 401: Graduation Ball.. It's a text based adventure so all commands are typed.. I remember playin it during spring break when I was in junior high.. ahh the memories..

Nice I'll look it up. Game designers were so much more artistic back then. Of course there are some good games now but I doubt I'll feel nostalgic for Halo 2.

I want to play full throttle again. I loved that game.
The rubber duckies were the best part of that game!

...or were they bunnies? Definately means I have to find the game again.

I think they were bunnies. I might be wrong.

I'm in the middle of Grim Fandango right now.

If you're referring to the mine field ... then yes 🙂 I played through it just a few months ago - Can't Beat A Corley!
