Sup guyz
I just got my Nec2500a yesterday and today i just finished burning Pirates of the caribbean.
I used DvdShrink and followed Mr bass guide step by step since he used the same dvd.
It came out great. the only thing i notice was my ripping speeds were slow. I am guessing that is because the CSS is locking my speeds.
Well, i was thinking of flashing the firmware to herrie new firmware but i am not sure i should.
I think i read somewhere that it does not work well with nero. nero is my only burner software i got.
I downloaded the windows verison of the firmware. All i have to do is click on the 2k5107b8.exe and follow directions right?
What do i do if i want to go back to the orginal firmware?
This will be my first time "flashing" anything and i really dont want to kill my new burner.
thx
