Not to bad. I was at 2.5 with my 3200 (all stock settings) I never tried to raise anything to really see what it could do. With this 3400 I am at 1.9 on vdimm and chipset, and 1.7 on core. I have been playing Thief 3 for an hour or so this morning with no worries. I have not tried any higher, yet....

NOW, the reason for the thread....I still dont know jack about these new boards. What settings should I be tweaking to get higher? Just stick with bumping voltage, or are there other little deals to look at? (besides like mem time and the obvious) Still seems like there is not a lot of info out there yet on oc'ing these things....or I am jsut looking in the wrong area....and I dont doubt that one.

Temp is a cool -35c

Although I seem to remember someone getting 2.7GHz on air; username was Silverback I think.

He also ordered a Vapochill LS, but then he dropped off the face of the earth before posting results.

Your 1.7 cpu voltage will hold you back on your phase change. You want more like 1.85 to 1.9 for the vapochill to take off. It should be able to take that voltage and keep scaling

You probably won't want it anymore with a mach II on the way so i'd be willing to take your old phase change off your hands free of charge

I've heard that the absolute max for A64s is 1.7V core and 2.9V mem (because the memory controller is integrated), otherwise the processor gets damaged over time, and that there've been a few who were burned by this. Don't know whether that means you shouldn't go higher, or whether 1.7V + 2.9V is already dangerous.

Yeah, I have also heard that. I would be willing to try a vmodd if I could find one for the mobo.

Also, I got 2 pm's asking for rig specs..here it is :)
