I did about 40 min of cardio which is 10min more than my usual, legs sore. I've been doing cardio everyday for like 3 weeks. Should I take a rest today or work it?
Are you just doing cardio each day? if so take a break... or just reduce your workout.
I personally do around 20-30 mins of cardio before lifting everyday, and mix it up - rowing, bike, running etc. Just don't let your body settle into one routine.
If you went hard out yesterday, just take it easy today...
you need to rest and recover, otherwise you'll be doing yourself some
serious harm. but it appears as if your in a fad, experimenting and
such, testing yourself. be careful.
It depends. Have you taken a break this week at all. It's bad to exercise every day/week. You body needs at least 1 day to rest. If you feel up to it, though, go for it, but warning in advance. You will be sore tomorrow too.
