Warm here, it is about 77 F right now as of 12:30 p.m. Central time. I did have to turn on the AC inside the vehicle the last few days during day time. Very soon it will be hot and the AC will be on full blast inside the home and the electric bills will be high.

WHAT IS THAT BRIGHT LIGHT?

It hurts my eyes!

Sunshine, blue skies (for a change) but chilly. Highs in the upper 40's, lows back into the 30's.

There was a lot of snow when I went out the next day. We had drifts over 6 feet high. I really wish I had a camera that day.

I remember this well (I was 14) ... lived in Northern Westchester county NY at the time.

Snow was so deep we were able to make a huge network of snow-tunnels and forts in the yard plus an amateur bobsled run with big icy banked turns down the neighborhood hill. (yes, this was as life-threatening as it sounds)

Craziest thing is the sledding hill lasted all winter back then ... nowadays it would be 90% gone in 2 weeks.

:(

Had freezing rain overnight, not fun trying to get that off the truck. Roads were not too bad, some icy sections while lot was too wet to actually turn to ice. Super hot now, like +7 but very windy too. Everything is a dog's breakfast. I don't like this kind of weather in middle of winter it just makes a huge mess and makes everything nasty.

Could be worse though, could be southern ice.

it's great weather for maple syrup season here. Unfortunately, local sales are down due to the pandemic. Some are selling online to make money.

I miss going to the sugar-bushes.

Just about perfect. 82 and sunny at the moment. Enjoying some pizza on the patio.

Tried 8-10 sites at random. The ones that would load and didn't spam me to join a mailing list showed prices between $60 and 70/gallon, plus shipping. Guess they're not too desperate.
