Guess I can clean out the wood stove for the last time this year.

Been warm, snow is slowly melting. Went for a walk without a tuque or mitts the other day and I even took my coat off half way since I was too hot. I'm sure we have plenty of storms left though, this is just a heat wave.

Was hot enough after work to go for a walk without a toque or gloves, and winter coat was actually a little too warm.



Also nice to still have light left after work now, even though I do prefer it in the morning as it makes it a bit easier to get up.

There's some kind of obnoxiously bright light in the morning sky. I'm not quite certain what it is...but it hurts my eyes!

it stopped raining a while ago and it got warmer, 18C.

But the wind has really kicked up and the sky is that very dark grey sort of like when a thunderstorm is about to hit.

We may have dodged that wet snow. Snowed a bit but it melted now, according to security camera. The warning is still on though... so maybe there is more coming.

It's been really warm lately though yesterday was lousy. Now back to normal winter though as of this morning.

I was thinking MAYBE we could get an early spring but I get fooled by that each year, so not falling for that anymore.

cold front went through last night bringing rain and snow to areas north of me.

sitting at 3C with a high around 6C today with more rain/snow later on.

I don't think we've had a high of 62 here yet...maybe NEXT Thursday...maybe.

Has been unseasonably warm this year, but cold, windy with snow showers today. More mixed precip expected over the weekend, but minor accumulation.
Almost no snow in March, very unusual. Looks like the first year in a long time that we will not have a March/early April big snowstorm.

It's a more wet slushy snow now. The nasty stuff. Since I don't need to go anywhere for a while it can snow all it wants really. Though I was enjoying the nice weather while it lasted so I can go for walks.
