I choked on a huge piece of ice (the ones shaped like crescents the freezer makes)... that was a scary experience and it was stuck there for what seemed like forever... I could barely breathe after it SOMEHOW exerted itself from my throat and i was just walking around for days thinking "wow, I almost died..." it was scary and shocking experience...
