I downloaded Just Cause on my XBOX 360 and damn the game graphic is freaken awesome.

Its like Farcy X 5 with Grand theft Auto theme + doing the most craziest stunt.

Anyone eles played the game and what did they think :?

Games looks awesome but i do wish they had a better controller setup and better gun action.

Its PC controls are adequate, I suppose. Controls are fine on the 360, imo.

Overall, I could see this game going either way. I enjoy the different setting for a GTA-style game, but the firefights were dull/easy, the cars handle average at best, and the character models were just plain bad.

I'll probably be getting Saint's Row this week due to its recent praises in the previews, and I'm hoping Just Cause turns out well enough to make me want to finish SR before JC's late September release. Of course, I still need to get back to Oblivion some day.
 
I was at my friends house today and he had just downloaded the demo for 360 when i got there. We played for a while and i was blown away by the visuals how much better they looked than i had anticipated, i actually saw screens on ign and stuff before and saw the demo up for dl on filefront but passed cuz it looked dull to me. But after playing it on x360 i had to go home and dl it, its a different feel, the 360 looks like it has AA+AF while the PC version didnt offer it in settings, i know i could have forced it but i didnt bother. The 360 just ran alot smoother and played alot better with a controller.
 
Too bad the pc version doesn't look as good as the 360 version (seems like its more of a xbox 1 port). No in game AA or AF options and no widescreen support either which stinks. The controls especially for the vehicles (and the parashooting) are not so hot. I do see potential for the game but I think I'll stick with the 360 version if I see it for cheap.
 
Don't wanna hijack the thread but while we are talking about awesome-looking games, check out the new Team Fortress 2 Trailer from GC 2006 (includes gameplay footage)....its mind numbingly awesome! I've been drooling over the HD video for the past 12 hours!
 
Juse Cause was mediocre. The gun battles put me to sleep as there wasn't anything more than pointing and clicking, and the stunts are just plain ridiculous. It was a different take on GTA that just didn't have the name or the programming behind it to make it a success.
