Just found out this about a girl i knew in highschool that we had been keeping track of becuase her family was one of the few people related to us in our area (take it she was about 5th cousin but her dad knew my mom). She got pregnant her junior year (she is a year younger than me) by some guy in a neighboring city. When the kid came her dad bought her and her new husband a house (he married her when the kid came). Her father is a distant cousin of mine and has his own Neurology/Dermatology practice in Tennessee (divorced from the girls mother, i can understand it if she was like her daughter). Well, her husband did not have a job and they told him that they had to move out of the house (and in to their in-laws house) because it was getting cold and they could not afford the gas bill. So, he gave her $5,000 for her and her husband to pay for heating fuel and to get on their feet while her husband got a job and started earning them some money.


What did they do with this survival money?

they buy a new four wheeler..............

how could someone with a 150 IQ be so irresponsible with money or let their husband be.......

he should have never given them the money. they sound like jackasses who need to stop being coddled.
 
150 I.Q.? What online test did she get that from?

Btw, that post was about 90% longer than it needed to be and made about 75% less sense than it should have.

Smart people do not necessarily have common sense or know the value of money, thats more of a life lesson than book smarts.
 
My guess would be that her husband is domineering, he wanted the four-wheeler, and she let him get it.
