Just built new rig... need help overclocking....

I have that new Jetway Combo 790GX board and it is really nice. The Radeon HD 3300 that is built on is actually quite nice by the way... But heres' my issue. I have a Black Edition X2 7850 thats 2.8 stock and its running fine at 3.2 at stock voltage, but I change the multiplier to get it to run at 3.4 and it won't make it into Windows even if I bump up the voltage from 1.325 to 1.4v. Am I not giving it enough? I certainly don't want to burn it up. I'll root around in the Sticky threads to see if I can find some info there, but I hope someone can share their knowledge on this. I should mention that I have that new Xigmatek HDC tower HS/F on it so heat shouldn't be an issue. Its running about 38c at the 3.2Ghz setting.

I don't understand why it won't even go to 3.3 when I put the voltage to 1.425....
