Here are my specs:
Soyo Dragon+
Athlon xp1900+
Western Digital 40gig 7200rpm hdd
256mb Crucial ddr pc2100
Gainward GeForce3 ti200
using onboard sound
using onboard lan
Antec pp403x 400w power supply
Cable internet connection
running WIN98SE

I am having some really strange things happening. When I shut off my computer, the numlock led on my keyboard and the light in my optical mouse stay on. If I disconnect the power supply, they go off after a few seconds. The same thing happens with the lights on my cable router that indicate I'm on the network. Also, the activity light on my modem and router seems to blink continuously, even with my computer off and power disconnected. I have no idea what could cause this. Hopefully someone can help me.

Thanks.

Ummm I disabled everything in the bios that looked like a wake on feature and the lights are still staying on.....

My best friend has the same exact problem. Numlock stays on and so does his intellimouse optical.

I hope you can get some help from this forum so i can tell my friend.

You are being spied on by the people who control the black helicoptors. Wear an aluminum foil cap when you go to bed at night so they can't read your thoughts.

Yup, you guys are right. Same thing happened to a friend of my cousin's brother in law. The foil cap should help though.
