Make sure all screws securing the board to the chassis are tight, make sure CPU and video cards power cables are connected, and make sure any cards are seated correctly.

If it still won't power on, unplug every outside connection (video card, usb devices etc), plus all hard drives, optical drives, SSD, video card; and see if the computer will stay on at the point.

If it does, start reconnecting devices and see if you can find the device causing the issue.

Probably a stupid question, but you did plug the pump wire lead in to the CPU fan header?

I never use a case to run off any new pc the first time.
I put the mb on a box use a old hsf and do a mild 4200 oc.
When things seem right I mount the wb and stick it in the case.
