Just Built 1st AMD System...any HW tweaks?

If you check out my rigs, I just built my first AMD system with all approved equipment. Machine booted up fine first time with no probs and is a true speed demon. Does anyone have any VIA/KT133A/BIOS tweaks to help me get even better performance out of this machine?

Erm... just a few obvious ones

As long as your memory can take it, set RAM timings to cas 2-2-2, as this will increase your performance noticably.

Also ensure that you have the latest BIOS edition, and this can correct errors and once again improve performance. This said, sometimes newer drivers can be slower than their predecessors, so check on this board to see if this is the case with your board.

Uhh, you could try overclocking, though I know not everyone's into that thing - silly peeps 😉

But yeah, they're just a few obvious things in case you didn't think of them already. Hope you like your new Comp.
