I hear the commercials all the time, and I'm due for some new front pads, is Just Brakes worth going to, or should I just go to a dealer?

I've heard repeatedly that the brake chain stores are pretty bad. Typical bait/switch and/or shoddy work. I'm sure it's a generalisation, but I'd stick with your trusted independent mechanic or dealer.
