EDIT: It actually DOES have S-Video hidden completely from the back view. I am an idiot.
The Philips is a 32" LCD 720p TV. It has pretty good quality with HD materials, but it sorely lacks in inputs - not even one S-Video input. The following inputs are possible:
(2) HDMI (HDMI 1 and HDMI 2).
(2) Component Video (AV1 and AV2) where AV1 is shared with a Composite input.
1. DVD player and PC are hooked up to both HDMI ports (PC uses DVI-to-HDMI cable).
2. VCR is hooked up to the Philips AV1 using the Composite (doesn't need to go through receiver).
3. My older XBOX (s-video) --> RECEIVER (s-video) --> older analog TV (s-video), but need S-Video ---> Component for new TV.
Unfortunately, my receiver doesn't do S-Video/Composite to Component switching, and it doesn't have HDMI inputs. I need to go from S-Video to Component Video. So far, I found this device http://www.svideo.com/svc2ypbpr.html that does the conversion for $139+shipping. Are there cheaper solutions?
