Never had a chance to see them play but have tickets to the Nashville show in May. Can't wait.

I've been to about 4 Rush concerts (most recently Time Machine), IMHO they are always fantastic. Of course I'm biased since Rush is my favorite band. :)

wow...90 freaking dollars? insane.

I've seen them 3 times. Best of those shows was Counterparts tour in an arena. the amphitheater shows were forgettable. lots of weirdos in the crowd

....and those assholes never played Fly By Night, so they are dead to me. :colbert:

I've seen every tour since 1991, except for Counterparts (there were no shows close and I was poor) and the R30 tour (I was driving long haul that year).

I made it to four shows (SLC, Seattle, Shoreline, Los Angeles) in 2010. Amazing.

Vancouver, WA and The Gorge in 2011. The Gorge was spectacular, as always. Look it up.

Last year, I saw the opener in Manchester, and the "local" show in Seattle. Both using the VIP ticket system through LiveNation. I snagged front row Alex for Seattle.

I'm doing VIP tix again for SLC and Vancouver, WA this year.

They are great musicians, and put on a great show. Have fun!

Shows are my thing. I saw 21 last year for an average of $315 per. Avg ticket cost was $130.

hope they play their old stuff for you! I don't mind their newer albums, but that's not why I love them so much.

I was SHOCKED at the first ~40 minutes of the Manchester show. Song after song of what I was not expecting.

They're one of the top 10 best live bands ever. Even people that don't like Rush love their concerts. Those guys know how to put on a show :)

Yep. I took a less than casual Rush fan to The Gorge in 2011. It was her first Rush show and first time at The Gorge. She was a great time.

Bought 3 for me and two buddies, ended up at $90 each after all the bullshit fees.

Pretty excited, never seen them live and I love their music. Anyone ever seen them live, do they rock the house?

Well they are old now.

I was once in a Rush Tribute band called Hemisphere.

I can still play a mean guitar, bass, drums, keyboard or whatever I feel like playing at the time.

Rush is still not in the rock n roll hall of fame right?

I think they got in this year.

Rush to be inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Indeed, this moment has been a long time coming for the band’s many ardent fans.

Rush will officially gain entry into the rock hall on April 18 after a ceremony in L.A., where they’ll be honoured alongside fellow inductees including fiery New York rap pioneers Public Enemy, disco innovator Donna Summer, influential blues guitarist Albert King, gifted songwriter Randy Newman and American-Canadian rock outfit Heart.
