Looks like my X850XT-PE will have to be sold to some guy who doesnt know what hes buying so i can get my money back

Now all i need is a bigger screen as i really want to stress this card. 2005FPW here i come!

Nope its stated as nVidia, has the nVidia mermaid and logo, doesnt say anything about which vendor has made it.

i have seen boxes that are just badged nVidia (not for this card, im talking previous gen) obviously nVidia dont make it, i guess they get one of the other companies to do it for them......usually they come out cheaper......mebbe Dell does it for them....they did that with the GTO model of 6800....

That is a pic of a 6800GT, not a 7800GTX. The 7800GTX's don't have the mermaid. I think you were ripped off.
