Just bought a Zune this afternoon..can anyone recommend an encoding codec?

I got "Im TOO Video Converter" which actually works well, but I noticed there are three different codecs I could use:

-Zune WMV (Windows Media Video)
-Zune MPEG-4
-Zune MPEG-4 AVC

Is one better than the other? What's AVC? (did a quick google search and came up with nothing explaining what it is, though i'm sure it was probably right in front of me)

Well nm then, read a FAQ on Im TOO's website and found:

16: Your program provides two video formats for Zune, WMV and MP4. Which one is better? I'd like to get fantastic video quality on my Zune.
A: It is hard to say which the better one is. But according to our test, under the same configurations, including same Video Size and Bit Rate, WMV would be a little better. But MP4 would provide a smaller output file size while it keeps sound quality simultaneously.

I'd use the WMV codec. If it's VC-1, great because it's the newest and best standard, imo. Either way you can be sure WMV will work with it.
