Just bought a Winbook 32" TV

Its not connected to my digital cable box. Its connected to the outlet on my wall.

Is it the TV or the connection that is the problem?

It looks good standing at a distance, but close to the TV its fuzzy all over.

The TV has a built in digital receiver so I dont know if that helps answer the ?

If it's the connection then good I'll just call the cable company tomorrow and get another box. If its the TV then ... I guess I get what I pay for .
