New and improved, shoots twice as far as the last one! First shot hits my buddy right in the chest from cube to cube! It's great! The software is kind of sketchy though. You have to click each time up down left or right for it move just a tad. It would be neat to just hold down the left button and watch it go left. I was looking for better software but couldn't find anything. Apparently its really big with mac users, I've found open source software for it on the mac, so I'm hoping there is something out there for PC's. But it shoots like 15 feet, which can't be beat.

I don't think you understand. I can shoot people with little harmless darts with the click of a button. This is pretty serious. I'm offended that you would think I'm a geek for buying something computer related at thinkgeek.com. How dare you.

I've been thinking about getting one of these. Too bad they are so expensive. But if you can get up to 15ft, it may just be worth it.

Now attach a laser pointer to it, or three of them for the Predator effect.

I got both of them, the air one is less accurate than the spring one but I still like it better :)

Anyway, this rocket launcher connects to your Windows 2000, XP or Vista machine via USB. Install the included software, plug in the Rocket Launcher, and with 360 degree horizontal rotation and 45 degree vertical rotation, the USB Rocket Launcher can fire over six meters, giving you coverage for over 113 square meters of your workspace.

The obvious thing now is for someone to program in some face recognition/tracking software utilizing a webcam so you can effectively have an auto-turret against your enemies.

edit: Ooh and then add in a voice warning using the ED-209's voice....I also like the predator-style laser idea.

Hmm, is there any cheap version of this? It would be a perfect parting gift for my boss when I leave this month. I have to top his gun that shoots flying pigs.

If you can find an API, the rockets PWN your launcher.
Webcam + AI + 5 or so launchers = rudimentary cubicle SDI. :D

Hmmm....
*grabs programming book*,
*throws past cubicle to trigger motion sensors*
*comes around with launcher blazing*

I win :D
