just bought a SDM-HS75P (lcd) and..

I just bought a sony HDS75P monitor, and i've noticed when i set my background to one color the top half of the screen seems to be a bit darker than the bottom, this isnt really noticeable in games/movies and even multicolored desktop backgrounds but its driving me crazy, is this normal or should i return it?

This seems to be a genral issue with the monitor. Here is a review that points out the difference. If it doesn't bother you much, than I guess you can just live with it...
