Just bought a PSP

- God of War
- Gran Tourismo
- GTA:VC

What else is 100% required. No RPG's, please, they suck, and I don't have spiky blue hair.

Tekken 5 was pretty good on it, or you could also wait for Tekken 6. There's also some sort of Soul Calibur 4 port coming out for it.

Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow is amazing. Check out Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops as well. If you like FPS For a quirky and original series, check out Patapon. For racing, Burnout and Wipeout Pulse are good choices. Oh, Resistance Retribution as well. It's basically a PS3 game scaled down to the PSP with a very solid multiplayer experience.

Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception: The only flight game worth playing on the PSP
Sega Genesis Collection: a ton of classic games
LocoRoco: platform, puzzler. Lots of fun, great music.
Daxter: Play as your favourite Otsel. It's the prequel to Jak II
WipEout Pulse & Pure: Two of the best racers on the PSP, hard as hell though
Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero: Classic NES style platforming; brutal difficulty but boatloads of fun.

Patapon 1&2, Syphon Filter, Resistance: Retribution, Killzone, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters. Those plus GoW are the one's I've played through and all were fun.

FF7: Crisis Core was good. I don't like RPG's, but this felt more like an action/adventure game.

I didn't like Wipeout. I thought Ridge Racer was better.

Patapon, Jeanne D'Arc was good (though it may not be your genre), I enjoyed Final Fantasy I, and Daxter.

I spent an embarrassing amount of time playing the MLB 2k7 game I think (one of the 2k games). A lot of stuff on PSN as well that came up after I sold the psp...

Just make sure it's Portable Ops, not Portable Ops Plus. POP is multi-player only, and does not have the single player game for PO.

Borrowing from others.....Hot Shots Golf (at increasing levels the courses became kinda ridiculous, penalizing you for no good reason), Jeanne D'Arc, Pangya (another golf game), MLB 09 The Show (kinda fun creating a pitcher who started from scratch in the minors). I'm thinking of getting Pixeljunk Monsters Deluxe which is available via download....very high ratings. Tower defense game. Motorstorm Arctic Edge.
