I understand that it's all restored, but believe me. You'll have the itch to "upgrade" some stuff, just like a puter. We had no intentions of doing any to our (actually it's my bro's, but $15,000 of my inheritence is tied up in it) house when we bought it, but a new kitchen, bathroom, and $15,000 or so later. Let's just say Home Depot was like a second home for a while.
Either way. You'll enjoy it man.
BTW in my area. It could go for anywhere from a little less the what you paid to three times that. All within a 20 mile radius of my house. In Newport RI, where I live, we have HUD housing less then 5 miles from multi-million dollar mansions. So it's hard to say. Sounds like you got a good deal to me though.
Lots a variables to be considered but I would say $75-$90sq.ft. around here, so $112,000.00 -$144,000.00 based on 1600sq.ft. of heated space as I picture it according to you description. Market Analysis would be much more accurate though. Like they say it has lots to do with location
