I'm picking it up on Sunday.

$945 incl tax at BestBuy and got a $75 giftcard in 'return'.
Hopefully this is a good choice.

Grats! I think you're really going to love it...until you realize that you have to upgrade your sources (Blu-Ray/HD cable) and your audio equipment! :D

The problem with buying a new TV is realizing you have space for the next size up. When I first got my 42" I thought it was huge. Now I pine for a 50"

That's already clear to me.
According to Comcast, if there is a HD version of a channel I already have I should get it without extra cost. Just need a new cable box.
BR DVD, yup that's coming but not just yet.

It's not only hardware. The fscking TV stand was $250.

It's great!
I don't have any HD sources yet but regular DVD looks great, SD TV looks better than I thought. Setup was easy.

Next step is to call Comcast and get some HD going.

I just ordered the LN52A750 today. $1947 at Amazon. If I had ordered it 10 minutes earlier it would have been $1866. Bastards.
