I Just bought a EVGA GTX 260 SC for $205.00 @ A local computer store. So far so good card runs great and my games run faster then my 9800 GTX. Orginally I was looking for a GTX 275, but they don't have any in stock and I don't think they plan on getting any. They did have a Diamond 4890 1gb for $249.99 and a Evga GTX 285 for $354.99. The only game I am playing right now is GTA 4. I already Beat Crysis,COD's,FC2 etc.. so I don't play them much anymore. I like both Nvidia and ATI--I have owned both and have been very pleased with them. You can see my system in the sig. Should I go back and exchange this card for a 4890 or a GTX 285 ??? I don't have a super high-end rig so would I see a huge benefit.

Why in the world would you return it? What type of gains would you expect with a 285 or 4870?

Register it with EVGA, and if you get the itch 90 days down the road, swap it out for something better through them (assuming they are being fair with the retail price at that point).

I would hold off until the next gen unless you are having issues.
