Just bought a Enermax 550watt used. My system seems stable and my rails look fine. But I keep hearing a fan(sounds like my CPU fan) speed up a little then slow down. Any ideas whats going on?

If your PSU has some sort of fan speed regulation, it will increase/decrease fan speed according to load temps.
