The BIOS recognizes the chip, I can boot in to Windows and everything seems fine, HOWEVER, on bootup I get this messaage "Intel CPU uCode loading error" and it asks me to hit F1 to continue, every time.

What can I do to get rid of this message and what does it mean?

I've encountered this error on other Asus boards. The fix was to update the Bios.
