Now all I have to do is setup the DNS to point to 1and1.com's dns? And that's it? Just wait?

Says on their website ns27.1and1.com and ns28.1and1.com
 
yeah I just finished buying my first one =D
Took about 16hrs. to propogate and now it's up and running.

They can take up to 72 hours... Just be patient. It's no longer the weekend. 😎

My NameCheap domains resolve within 12 hours through namecheap.

Re-check that you used the correct DNS name servers, all it takes is one typo to screw up and delay the process.
 
Checked them for correct spelling, looks ok. I went to 1and1.com and in their faq it says to use ns27 and ns28. I hope those are right #-wise. :\
 
I thought you guys were mocking 1and1 🙂


It's my friends host, I just bought the domain. I usually go with Ripplehost or E-rice.
