Just bought a compaq laptop...how do i transfer AOL files from desktop?

bought a laptop for my mom for xmas

she has all important emails on my desktop computer in her AOL file cabinet

where does AOL put these files on the hard drive? where would I find them so that I can copy them to the new computer? thanks

Most people here will just insult you for letting your mom use AOL

I'd suggest going to AOL itself and see what their help / support area says.
