Just bought a car....

I just bought a 04 Intrepid...and I am having second thoughts about wanting it...
I traded in my other car for it, and after further consideration, I dont really think I want the Intrepid, is there anyway to get out of the aggrement?

pardon the expression, but are you some kind of indian giver? If you didn't want it, you shouldn't have bought it. Didn't you think to take it for a test spin BEFORE you bought? I swear, ATOT is a retard haven.

That's a joke, right? Who would ever get into something as huge as buying a brand new car without being sure of it?

I think that the term Indian Giver refers to people who give / take gifts and then take them back again.

Some states have a buyer remorse law that gives you anywhere from a day to three days to return a car.

it's similar to his situation. He doesn't like what he got, so he wants his car back.

What state are you in? When did you buy it? vi_edit is right. Many states have a 3day "Right to Rescind" law.
