The only thing WRX has is the launch and the lower end. S2k will own it in the top end.

OK...where to start:

1 - I'm hardly jealous of a little pocket rocket S2K. If I was going to blow that much on a car, it wouldn't be that one.

2 - I drive a Mustang GT actually. Pretty highly modified and would leave an S2K sitting at the light, which is basically the reason I don't like them. I'm into speed and for the money, the S2K just doesn't have enough of it. Yeah I'm sure that Honda has better build quality but I'll take my plasticky interior if it means I can go fast for not a lot of money.

3 - I have no problem getting puntang but thanks for ASSuming. My GF is an RN at the hospital I work at and we couldn't be happier. However, if I WAS so shallow and unattractive that I needed to pick up chicks with my car like you apparently do, then yeah I might need to go buy an S2K for that. My GT is Canary Yellow though and I've had plenty of compliments from girls.

So basically, you just got pwn3d.

First, there's nothing wrong with a Miata or a S2k...... they'll take your mustang anyday on a road course or autocross...

First, this may come as a shock but I actually owned a Miata. I sold it to get my GT. The Miata was a red 1997 with the Jackson Racing supercharger and various other mods so you don't have to tell me what one will do at an autocross. I have nothing against Miatas really, I just know that they are commonly referred to as chick cars and having owned one I felt I was justified in saying whatever I wanted to about one. Oh and yes, a stock Miata/S2K would outhandle my GT, but as I said I don't care about the twisties too much...but if I did, there are literally hundreds of aftermarket suspension parts available for Mustangs and if I wanted to spend the money on handling then I could remedy any shortcomings there.

Second, I don't care what the "rules" for geektalk are.

Third, if you have to use my location as something to pick on me about, you've already lost the argument. :roll:
