Why did you ask after you bought it? It depends on what you are going to use it for and what you are used to. I think you will like it though. How much did you get it for? Is it the 2405 or the 2407?

2407FPW.

I asked before hand, and now I'm asking as well. I will be using it for xbox 360 as well as high def PC games.

Size matters! Mine is a 2405 which is no longer big enough. That said I now am eying on the 30" display.
You'll love it.

I had a 20" Dell 2001FP before my 2405 and was quite an impressive upgrade so you'll be even more impressed....

Trying to decide between the 2407 and the VX2025 (20" WS)...the only problems with the Dell are the price and portability (moving to and from school every year could be a pain with the 24") :(

Don't ever buy a smaller LCD just to avoid carrying a bigger one, that's like the laziest act of all time. There are some of us still carrying around CRTs, imagine what the people who own 100lb Sony FW900s do when they move. Plus, you're seriousely worried over having to move it ONCE A YEAR?

At $700ish (recently or even now), it is a steal!
Talking about the old days when I used to carry my old 17" crt was a pain in the rear I now can simultaneously carry two of the 24" everywhere at anytime.

That is sad.. It is like not to carry bag full of money knowing it is too heavy.. Besides how heavy this LCD.. I am having hardtime deciding to spend extra 300 for Dell 2407 since I have gottenr really great deal on Gateway 21in for $430 take home.

I know I will be unhappy when I will take Gateway home knowing Dell 24 in would have been better choice

Why it is so hard to spend extra money..

That would have been today but apparently I have to be there to sign for it. Sucks being at work and getting "exception: delivery attempt."

UPS can suck me.

The problem is more with the $400 difference than the size/weight, it's just another way to talk myself out of spending the extra money :p

It's very nice. Still some banding issues and I have rev A02 so I would advise you against it if you were to go Samsung or something I guess that would be the better route.
